How We Work

CAH is a direct builder-buyer.  Wholesalers and investors must be direct with the seller. Once a deal meets our criteria, we underwrite quickly and communicate clearly.  We expect full transparency regarding:

  • Contract terms  

  • Assignment permissions  

  • Access for inspection  

  • Environmental or utility issues  

  • Pricing structure  

 Our goal is to help wholesalers provide CAH with the best buildable lots in their pipeline, enabling us to develop a repeat, high-volume relationship.

Download CAH Approved Contract

Land partners and investors are required to download and use one of our CAH-approved, assignment-friendly purchase agreements directly from the site. No changes to approved contracts are permitted.

This reduces friction and ensures:

  • Correct buyer entity  

  • Clean signatures  

  • Proper assignment language  

  • Title/escrow alignment  

  • Minimal back-and-forth during contract intake

Before submitting, wholesalers/investors must confirm that the lot is located within a highlighted CAH buying zone. If the lot is outside or borderline, you should not submit.
