How We Work

CAH is a direct builder-buyer.  Wholesalers and investors must be direct with the seller. We do not accept MLS deals. Once a deal meets our criteria, we underwrite quickly and communicate clearly.  We expect full transparency regarding:

  • Contract terms  

  • Assignment permissions  

  • Access for inspection  

  • Environmental or utility issues  

  • Pricing structure  

We pay promptly, conduct thorough yet efficient due diligence, and close on schedule.  Our goal is to help wholesalers provide CAH with the best buildable lots in their pipeline, enabling us to develop a repeat, high-volume relationship.
